Susan Arca graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from the University of the East. With 31 years of work experience, including 20 years in commercial and retail banking and 11 years in telecommunications, Susan has developed a strong background in Corporate Governance, IT Security, Risk Management, and Business Process Management. Their notable positions include serving as a Senior IT Auditor at the National Bank of Kuwait and currently as Manager of Strategic Excellence at Zain, where Susan oversees international certification requirements in Quality, Information Security, and Risk Management. Additionally, Susan is an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for several management systems.
