Mustafa Bilbeisi

Mustafa Bilbeisi currently serves as the Director of Product Development and Management at ZainTECH, a position held since May 2025, following a tenure as Head of Enterprise Marketing at Zain from January 2019 to May 2025. Prior to that, Mustafa worked at Zain Jordan from January 2011 to May 2025 in various roles, including B2B and Broadband Marketing Manager and Broadband Marketing Manager. As a Co-Founder at Uqoud from June 2021 to April 2025, Mustafa contributed to the startup's development. Earlier career experiences include leading the Business Development team at COMATEC and serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at AMR. Mustafa began the professional journey as a Value Added Services Engineer at Zain Jordan, earning recognition with the COMMS MEA - Best Value Added Services Operator Award in 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Systems Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
