Iris Arrington is currently the Managing Director and Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations EMEA at ZAIS Group, which is an investment manager specializing in credit strategies. Prior to this role, Iris worked in Fundraising & Investor Relations at Marathon Asset Management and in Credit Sales at Goldman Sachs. Iris also has experience in Mergers & Acquisitions at Evercore. Iris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and completed their high school education at Deutsche Schule Istanbul / Alman Lisesi, earning their Abitur - German Baccalaureate.
