Mark Russo

Mark Russo began their work experience in 2004 as an Associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, where they represented issuers and underwriters in the offering of structured finance securities. In 2007, they joined ZAIS Group as an Assistant General Counsel and later became Deputy General Counsel. Currently, Mark serves as the General Counsel & Managing Director of ZAIS Group, specializing in advising on various funds and corporate governance matters.

Mark Russo attended Christian Brothers Academy from 1993 to 1997. Mark then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations at Penn State University from 1998 to 2001. Lastly, from 2001 to 2004, they obtained a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law.
