Bradley Reeder

Bradley Reeder is a Senior User Researcher at Zaizi, working since April 2021 on user-centered public sector services in compliance with GDS standards. Prior to this role, Bradley Reeder operated as a User Researcher for various clients, including contributing to Lightful’s social media management platform for charities and engaging with Citizens Advice on website improvement and case management systems. Previous experience includes a User Research contract for Ofsted’s Nanny & Childminder registration services and UX consulting at Founders & Coders C.I.C., where skills in usability testing and UI development were honed. Bradley Reeder's educational background includes a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from the University of Southampton.
