Kayla Michelotti

Kayla Michelotti is a seasoned user researcher currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at MyFitnessPal since March 2025. Prior to this role, Kayla was a Senior User Experience Researcher at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 2024 to March 2025, focusing on the Small Business team. Kayla's experience includes working at PayPal as a User Experience Researcher from August 2022 to February 2024, where the initial focus was on the Eliminating Negative Experiences team, later transitioning to the Digital Wallet and Credit platforms. At bswift, from April 2020 to July 2022, Kayla contributed as a User Experience Researcher, leading evaluations on benefit portals for both HR professionals and employees.
