Kara Hockley

Kara Hockley is a seasoned Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in digital design and user experience across multiple industries. Currently at Zaizi since June 2022, Kara leads the design of a component library based on the Intelligence Community Design System, delivering bespoke designs aligned with UX best practices and conducting comprehensive user research. Previously, Kara held senior roles at Staysure Group, where an optimization program resulted in a significant increase in online conversions, and at Holland & Barrett, contributing to enhanced customer experiences. Kara possesses a strong foundation in digital strategy and design, having served as Digital Design Lead at the University of Northampton and holding various design positions at Avon Cosmetics and Systemax Europe Ltd. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Multimedia Systems from Anglia Ruskin University.
