Haifa Alshaalan

Haifa Alshaalan is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk management and analytics. From November 2019 to October 2021, Haifa served as the Deputy Governor of Risk & Analytics and Chief Risk Officer at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, where responsibilities included team management and leadership. Prior to this role, Haifa was the Director of Strategic Risk and Head of Risk Management at Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia from January 2016 to January 2018, overseeing the implementation of risk policies and reporting procedures. Additional experience includes leading a business process team at Tata Consultancy Services in January 2015 and working as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Riyad Bank from June 2008 to June 2012. Haifa holds a Master's Degree in Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from King Saud University.
