Khalil al-Qahtani

Khalil Al-Qahtani is a seasoned professional in performance management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Performance Management at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority since December 2020. Prior to this role, Khalil held various positions at The Saudi Investment Bank from June 2013 to December 2020, including Manager of Organizational Development and Performance Management, and Performance & Reward Manager. Khalil's earlier experience includes multiple roles at Al Rajhi Bank from December 2004 to May 2013, where responsibilities ranged from Talent Management Manager to Senior Training Specialist, HR Specialist, and Training Officer. Khalil Al-Qahtani holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King Abdulaziz University, earned between 2006 and 2012, and received earlier education at the College of Technology from 2000 to 2003.
