Rayed al-Malki

Rayed Al-Malki is the IT Security Solutions / Access Management Director at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority since December 2022, where responsibilities include directing the implementation of security tools such as Single Sign-On, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance and Administration to enhance security operations and manage access systems. Previously, Rayed held various roles at Riyad Bank from October 2009 to November 2022, including Head of IT Security Identity and Service Management Manager, with a focus on IT security operations. Earlier experience includes serving as an Information System Security Specialist at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in 2008. Rayed holds an MBA in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University and is currently enrolled in the ZATCA Leaders Program at IE University, scheduled to complete in October 2024, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University.
