Astrid Arndt

As Zalando’s CPO, Astrid leads and builds the People & Organization (P&O) teams. Before this, Astrid was SVP P&O at Zalando, having joined the company in 2018.

Prior to joining Zalando, Astrid led the HR department for legal staff at Hengeler Mueller, before which she was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company.
