Caitlin Frevert

Caitlin Frevert has over a decade of experience in corporate ethical responsibility, focusing on integrating human rights and sustainability into business operations. Currently, they serve as the Head of Internal Sustainability and D&I Engagement at Zalando, where they drive ethical initiatives and manage crisis responses. Previously, Caitlin was a Sustainability Manager for Transmar Group, where they developed ethical sourcing initiatives and collaborated with various stakeholders. They hold a Master of Science in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology and History from Whitman College.
