Eija Pandit

Eija Pandit is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading people and organization initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Business Partner and Site P&O Manager at Zalando SE since August 2021, Eija designs and drives the people agenda for the Helsinki Tech Hub, collaborating with HQ to ensure alignment with local needs. Previously, Eija held the position of Interim Global Head of HR at Smartly.io and has had a progressive career at Zalando SE, Tuxera, and other notable organizations, with responsibilities ranging from HR management to career coaching. Eija holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Turku School of Economics and Business Administration, complemented by diplomas in Modern and Psychological Reflex Zone Therapy.
