Giles Harden

Giles Harden currently serves as TACL Outlets & Customer Care at Zalando since March 2024. Prior experience includes a position on Garden Leave while learning German, getting fit, and studying "Elements of AI," and serving as SVP People at INFARM, where responsibilities included overseeing the global people team and internal communications while driving business transformation. Previous roles feature VP People and Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at FREE NOW as well as Head of Talent Acquisition across several European regions at Philip Morris International. Giles has also held the position of Head of Recruitment at ED&F Man, Resourcing Lead & Operations Manager at BP, and various roles in recruitment firms, alongside earlier experiences as a Retail Manager at BoxClever and a Merchant Marine Cadet at Shell. Education was completed at South Shields Marine School (1996-1999).
