Inès Mir

Inès Mir is a versatile design professional with extensive experience in product design and UX. Currently serving as a Lector and mentor at EUSPA since June 2024, Inès focuses on educating space startup founders in UX principles. As the Founder & CEO of uxberg school, launched in April 2023, Inès provides training and resources aimed at enhancing confidence in UX and UI. Additionally, Inès engages as a Content Creator on Instagram and YouTube, promoting best practices in UX and service design. Previously, Inès held significant roles at Zalando as Principal Product Designer and interim Design Manager, leading strategic initiatives and team development. With a background that includes positions at Wisebits Group, Yandex, clay.global, Nimax, GLOBAL Point Agency, and Open Design Studio, Inès has demonstrated expertise in design leadership, user experience, and team mentorship, supported by formal education in Innovation Management and Graphic Design.
