Julian Luerken

Julian Luerken currently serves as Director of People and Organization at Zalando, a prominent European online fashion platform, since March 2018. Previously, Julian held the position of Head of People and Organization at HelloFresh, the leading global meal kit provider, from May 2015 to March 2018. Prior to these roles, Julian worked as a Consultant at Kienbaum Management Consultants and also founded Home-Abroad.nl. Additional experience includes positions in management consulting and human resources at Seidenschwarz & Comp., Mercedes-Benz Japan, and DaimlerChrysler Japan. Julian holds a Master’s degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Liberal Arts from University College Maastricht.
