Luca Sartelli

Luca Sartelli has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2021. Luca started their career at ideamanagement in 2006, where they worked as a fare assessment specialist until 2007. Luca then moved on to Contship Italia in 2008, where they worked as an HR Specialist until 2009. From 2009 to 2016, Luca worked at Cedacri, starting as an HR Business Partner for the Operations Unit and eventually becoming the Responsabile Sviluppo e Gestione HR e Organizzazione. Since 2016, they have been employed at CIRFOOD, where they have held various roles including HR Manager - Talent Development & Employer Branding Manager and HR Manager Retail e HR coordinator società estere. Currently, Luca holds the position of People and Organization Executive Director at CIRFOOD.

Luca Sartelli studied at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Specialistica level Degree in Sociology, specializing in the Science of Social Phenomena and Organizational Processes.
