Therese Glad

Therese Glad is a seasoned professional in project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in the Global PMO Team at Lounge by Zalando since June 2020. With a robust background in overseeing complex projects, Therese has successfully managed the implementation of the Global Customs Platform Program and led various customs-related initiatives at Zalando. Previous roles include senior and consultant positions in requirements engineering, test management, and quality assurance for global fashion retailers and in the Transport and Forest industry. Therese holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Dalarna University and possesses a strong foundation in IT support and customer service from earlier work experiences.
