YuJean Chng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, business development, and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as a Senior Business Developer focused on Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion at Zalando since December 2021, YuJean previously held roles at Impact Hub Berlin and upday, where responsibilities included partnerships and consulting at a leading news app company. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Sodexo over seven years, managing corporate responsibility initiatives and client retention across multiple regions, as well as various roles in business development. YuJean's earlier career includes a business analyst position at Rocket Internet and internships at BRAC and IBM Malaysia. YuJean holds an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESMT Berlin and additional degrees in Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and ESMT Berlin.
