Hans-Petter Mellerud

Hans-Petter Mellerud has extensive work experience in the consulting and human resources field. Hans-Petter is the CEO and Founder of Zalaris, a company that specializes in HR and payroll outsourcing and consulting services. Under their leadership, Zalaris has focused on implementing best practice HR processes that result in tangible business results for their customers. Prior to founding Zalaris, Mellerud worked as an Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting from 1996 to 2000. Hans-Petter also worked as a Consultant at Comco Holding AG from 1991 to 1993.

Hans-Petter Mellerud holds an MBA degree from IMD (1990). Hans-Petter also completed an MS and BS degree in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa (1982-1986). Additionally, they obtained the degree of Patruljefører from Hærens Jegerskole (1981-1982) and the degree of Sersjant from Befalsskolen for Kavaleriet (1980-1981), specializing in Oppklaring.
