Tore Bergvik

Tore Bergvik has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tore started their career as a HR Officer/Commander in the Norwegian Armed Forces, where they served for twelve years. Following this, they worked as the Head of HR and Payroll in NSB Shared Services, managing a team and overseeing payroll-related tasks. Later, they became the Head of HR Servicesenter in the NSB-konsernet, responsible for payroll, HR system solutions, and services. Tore then joined ADITRO as the Director of Consulting, managing a team of consultants and overseeing implementation projects. Currently, they are the Vice President Global Operation at Zalaris, where they are responsible for their outsourcing business globally.

Tore Bergvik holds a Bachelor's degree in Ledelse from BI Norwegian Business School, which was completed from 2012 to 2013. Tore also has a Modul 1 certification from Erickson coaching, obtained in 2011-2012. Additionally, Tore has a Bachelor of Management degree in HR og ledelse from BI Norwegian Business School, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended the Norwegian Military Academy from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in ledelse.
