Nikhil Jiju has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to present. Nikhil started their career as a Testing Engineer Intern at Leidos, where they monitored the accuracy of flight navigation software and developed a database to store data for thousands of flights. Nikhil also identified deficiencies in the software and automated processing using MATLAB scripts.

Following that, Nikhil worked as a Research Assistant at the Aresty Research Center for Undergraduates at Rutgers University, where they added behavior trees as a decision-making process for modeling crowds in Autodesk software. Nikhil presented their findings and models at the Aresty Research Symposium.

Afterward, Nikhil joined Fidelity Investments as an Associate Software Engineer. There, they enhanced critical APIs in the Plan Sponsors Webstation, improving the user experience and serving as the point of contact for critical production failures. Nikhil also documented workflows and identified the appropriate contacts for each issue, enhancing efficiency for multiple teams.

Currently, Nikhil is employed as a Software Engineer at Zaloni. In this role, they have retained companies with pending contracts on Zaloni's cloud platform Arena by developing cloud data pipeline solutions. Nikhil ensures client satisfaction by creating functional requirement documentation and communicating use case solutions through demo presentations and technical design documents.

Nikhil Jiju completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Rutgers University, where they attended from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021.
