Chi le

Chi Le has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ZaloPay since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the same company from March 2022 to December 2022. Earlier roles at ZaloPay include Head of Product, User Growth, Finance & Operations (January 2021 to February 2022), Head of User Growth, Finance & Operations (May 2020 to December 2020), Head of Finance and Operations (January 2020 to April 2020), and Head of Finance (October 2019 to December 2019).

Chi Le pursued their MBA degree at Harvard Business School from August 2017 to May 2019. During their time at Harvard, they also worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in June 2018.

Prior to Harvard, Chi Le gained experience through internships and roles at various companies. Chi worked as an MBA Term Internship at Catalog Technologies Inc from October 2017 to January 2018, where they led market intelligence projects for a DNA-based data storage company. Chi also had a Pre-MBA Internship at TIKI Corporation from May 2017 to August 2017, where they supported and advised the founder and CEO in building a best-in-class marketing organization.

Before pursuing their MBA, Chi Le worked at Wayfair as a Marketing Manager for Wayfair Registry from May 2016 to May 2017, and as a Senior Analyst for Lifestyle Brands Marketing from December 2014 to April 2016. Chi also gained experience as a Senior Analyst at Kantar Retail Consulting from June 2013 to December 2014.

Chi Le started their career as an intern at Lazada Group in Supply Chain & Operations in 2012 and at skunkworks.vn in Product/Marketing in 2011.

Chi Le received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Film Studies from Wesleyan University between 2009 and 2013. In 2017, Chi Le pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School, completing the degree in 2019.
