Shannon Chong has extensive experience in customer experience management at ZALORA Group, having progressed through various roles from Graduate Trainee to Manager since September 2018. Prior to this, Shannon completed a one-month internship at Leo Burnett in June 2014, gaining insights into multinational corporate operations and professional networking. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a double major in International Business Management and Strategic Marketing from Monash University Malaysia, as well as a Diploma and Foundation Year from Monash College. Education was completed at Colombo International School.
