Chrp Elijah Gakoi

Elijah Gakoi is a Senior People and Culture Advisor at Zamara Kenya, responsible for executing the People & Culture Strategy and enhancing HR services across the employee lifecycle. Previously, Elijah served as a People and Culture Advisor at Absa Bank Kenya, where responsibilities included managing HR operations and optimizing talent engagement. Earlier experience includes a role as a Presidential Digitalent Programme Trainee at ICT Authority, contributing to digital literacy initiatives and immigration processes. Elijah holds a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Taita Taveta University and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from the College of Human Resource Management.
