Gavin Lester

Gavin Lester has extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Gavin began their career in 1996 as an Art Director at EURO RSCG WNEK GOSPER and then moved on to Bartle Bogle Hegarty in 1999 in the same role. In 2005, they became an ACD at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and later joined Saatchi and Saatchi Team One as a Group Creative Director in 2007. In 2009, they became a Creative Director/Art Director at 180 LA, and then transitioned to EVP Executive Creative Director at Deutsch in 2012, where they stayed until 2016. Most recently, they have been working as a Partner + CCO at Zambezi, LLC since 2017.
