Lauren Northcott

Lauren Northcott has a diverse range of work experience. Lauren started their career in 2014, working as a Communications Intern at Malibu Art Barn and as a Student Programming Board member handling public relations at Pepperdine University. In 2015, Lauren worked as a Social Media Moderator at McBeard and as a Marketing/PR Intern at SWENYO. Lauren then transitioned to the role of Office Administrator at Young Life from October 2015 to December 2016. In 2016, Lauren joined All Boats Rise as a Project Coordinator, managing multiple projects and serving as the primary contact for Riot Games, Inc. Lauren successfully launched a customized content management system globally and kept projects on track within budget and timeline. Lauren's most recent role was at Zambezi, LLC, where they initially served as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Project Manager.
