Stephanie Ramos

Stephanie Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Stephanie began their professional journey in 2007 as an Account Executive/Event Manager at R&W Creative Group, where they worked until 2012. In 2011, Stephanie joined M.A.D.E. as the Director of Accounts, where they remained until 2014. Following this, they joined Zambezi, LLC, initially starting as a Project Manager in 2014 and eventually progressing to become the Director of Creative Services from 2016 to 2019. Stephanie then served as the Director of Agency Operations from 2019 to 2021 before assuming their current position as the Director of People. Stephanie's expertise and experience in various roles make their a versatile professional. Additionally, they are an active member of AIR Allies in Recruiting since October 2021.

Stephanie Ramos's education history includes a period in 2008 when they attended the American Association of Advertising Agencies, in Conjunction with Loyola Marymount University. During this time, they pursued a degree in Advertising through the 4A's The Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies program.
