Kelvin Bwalya

Kelvin Bwalya has extensive experience in the ICT sector, currently serving as a Senior ICT Officer for Networks - Technical and Operations at the Zambia Revenue Authority since July 2018. Previously, Kelvin held the position of ICT Officer - Wide Area Network at the same organization. From April 2014 to June 2018, Kelvin worked as a Pre Sales Engineer for Airtel Zambia, focusing on enterprise business ISP network management and providing technical support. Earlier roles include serving as a Thomson Reuters Field Support Engineer, supporting commercial banks' treasury systems in Zambia, and providing after-sales technical support as a Corporate Support Engineer and Field Support Technician for AfriConnect/Thomson Reuters. Kelvin began their career as an IT Engineer at Precision Communications Ltd. Kelvin holds a Bachelor's degree in IT and Computer Engineering from Southwest State University and has additional training from Softline Academy.
