Elena Beluffi

Elena Beluffi has a diverse work experience in the field of business insights and strategy. Elena currently holds the position of Global Business Insight Lead at Zambon since September 2023. Prior to this, Elena worked at Mundipharma where they served as the Commercial & Omnichannel Excellence Sr. Manager from January 2021 to August 2023, and as a Marketing Strategy Advisor from October 2018 to December 2020. Before joining Mundipharma, Elena was a Consultant Real World Data at IMS Health from April 2015 to October 2018. Their career started at Cegedim Strategic Data where they held the positions of Project Leader from November 2011 to March 2015 and Quantitative Researcher from December 2008 to October 2011.

Elena Beluffi holds an Executive Master's degree in Project Management from SDA Bocconi, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Laurea Specialistica di secondo livello in Psicologia, specializing in Psicologia delle organizzazioni e dei comportamenti di consumo at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2006 to 2009. Their undergraduate degree, Laurea di primo livello in Psicologia with a focus on Scienze e Tecniche Psicologiche, was also earned from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2002 to 2006.
