Maria Petoukhova

Maria Petoukhova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Business Ethics and Compliance Manager at Zambon since 2021, Maria previously worked as a Medical Project Manager at Flo Health Inc. and as a Compliance Manager at Takeda. Maria began a significant leadership journey as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Consulting group Council, where responsibilities included the establishment of back office functions for a Russian holding company, overseeing 13 subsidiaries. Additionally, Maria managed various departments in the oil-trading sector as the Head of Business Support at TNK-BP and led the Legal Department at JSC Oil and Gas Company Slavneft. Educational qualifications include a degree from the Belorussian Institute of Legal Science and NLP training from the Moscow Institute of NLP.
