Natacha Farouz

Natacha Farouz is currently the Responsable Formation et développement RH at Zambon, a position held since March 2021, focusing on the development and updating of scientific training programs and the annual training plan in alignment with company strategy and individual development needs. Previous experience includes creating and hosting a health and wellness radio show, serving as Pharmacien Adjoint in various pharmacies, and working as a Chef de produits junior at Pierre Fabre where contributions included launching an anticancer product and managing marketing initiatives. Natacha also has experience in communication and marketing roles, clinical study management, and pharmacy externships in various healthcare settings. Natacha earned a Master 2 in Management Administration des Entreprises with a specialization in marketing from IAE France and holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Université Montpellier 1.
