Prior to this role, Haji Pasha worked as a Material Planning Engineer at Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd. from October 2004 to July 2007, focusing on adherence to production plans and maintaining databases using SAP. Haji Pasha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Vishweshwaraiah Technological University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
