Nicholas Dubray

Nicholas DuBray has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nicholas started their career as a Legislative Analyst at the New York State Senate in 2003. Later, they worked as a Lobbyist and Business & Legislative Analyst at The Business Council of New York State, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. In 2008, they joined SecondMarket, Inc. as a member of the Private Company Market team, which was later acquired by NASDAQ. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Direct Secondary Advisor at Emerson Equity. In 2012, they founded Summit Road Capital Advisors, where they served as the Managing Partner. Currently, Nicholas DuBray holds the position of Senior Managing Director at Zanbato since December 2021, and previously, they also held the role of Managing Director at the same company from January 2019 to January 2022.

Nicholas DuBray has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008. Nicholas also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College, which they completed between 2000 and 2004. In addition, Nicholas has obtained certifications in FINRA Series 63 and FINRA Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in 2009.
