Frank S. Wardzinski

Frank S. Wardzinski has served as Chief Operating Officer for BRAVO! Group Services for the past 19 years. His strategy, vision, and leadership has been instrumental in growing the corporation into one of the largest, privately held facility solutions companies in the country, providing support services, including janitorial, mechanical maintenance, HVAC, building automation, mailroom, and concierge services, as well as other employee outsourcing activities. Under Frank’s management, BRAVO! services over 100 million square feet per day across 19 states in the U.S. Responsible for all operating companies under the BRAVO! Group Services corporation, Frank fosters a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a dedication to superior quality and customer service.

With a commitment to maintaining BRAVO!’s position on the forefront of the industry, Frank has incorporated technology, including robotics and IoT, into the standard offering of services provided by the company. As a response to the current pandemic affecting our nation, he successfully developed and rolled out an exclusive multilevel cleaning program called REFINE™ that brings a heightened focus on disinfection and best practices in compliance with the latest CDC regulations.

Frank holds a seat on the IFMA Board of Directors as well as the BSCAI Certification Committee. He is CBSE, HHPC Day Cleaning, and I.C.E. certified. In addition, Frank received the Walter L. Cook Award for Distinguished Services from the BSCAI as well as led the company in earning eight BSCAI Safety Awards.
