Abi Afolabi, MBA

Abi Afolabi, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the finance and technology industries. Most recently, Abi served as the Head of IAM at Zand, where they focused on cyber security architecture, digital identity lifecycle, and access management. Prior to Zand, Abi worked at Bank of America as an Information Security Consultant - Lead, overseeing key security initiatives. Abi also gained experience as an IAM Consultant at Barclaycard and as an Info Sec Consultant at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and BNP Paribas. Additionally, Abi held roles as a Senior Business Analyst - Information Security at Barclays Corporate Banking and as a Business Analyst at both BNP Paribas and the Royal Borough of Kingston. The breadth and depth of Abi's experience position him as a knowledgeable and well-rounded professional in the field of information security and cyber security.

Abi Afolabi, MBA, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Prior to that, Abi earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich. In addition to these degrees, Abi has obtained various certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in June 2017. Abi also holds certifications in Business Analysis Practice, Lean Competency, Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, Foundation in Financial Risk Management, International Diploma in Business Analysis, Modelling Business Processes, and Requirements Engineering, all from various institutions such as BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
