Rodrigo Sebastián Bustingorry

Rodrigo Sebastián Bustingorry is an accomplished attorney and academic with extensive experience in commercial law, judicial processes, arbitration, and conflict resolution. Serving as a partner at ZANG, BERGEL Y VIÑES ABOGADOS since February 2012, Rodrigo leads litigation teams and manages civil and commercial disputes. Additionally, Rodrigo holds a position as a mediator within the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights since February 2021 and has been a faculty member at the University of Buenos Aires since March 2003, teaching commercial law and bankruptcy. Other teaching roles include an adjunct professor at Universidad de Belgrano and a prior role at Universidad del Museo Social Argentino. Rodrigo's background also includes work as a first-instance secretary in commercial justice. Rodrigo holds master's degrees in corporate law from the University of Buenos Aires.
