Dave Morgan

Dave Morgan serves as the Technical Program Manager at Zap Energy since January 2023, focusing on Systems Engineering and spearheading the development of policies in Configuration Management, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement, and Quality. Previously held the position of Interim Intellectual Property Manager, where a significant transition to digital processes was achieved. With extensive experience in orchestral management and music performance, Dave has also contributed as Orchestra Manager for West Seattle Community Orchestras and served as the Harpsichordist and Co-Artistic Director for Queen City Musicians. Prior roles at Blue Origin included multiple senior management positions in Risk Management, overseeing operations, manufacturing, and integrated supply chain risks across various programs. Dave's earlier career involved operations and IT management at TUNE, lab engineering at Microsoft, and service technician roles at Apple. Educational qualifications include an Artist Diploma in Early Music from Cornish College of the Arts and a BA in Music Theory from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
