Frank Xian

Senior Manager Clinical Operations APAC at Zap Surgical Systems

Frank Xian has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a background in medical physics and application training. Frank has worked at companies such as ZAP Surgical Systems, Varian, BrainLAB, BC Cancer Agency, and Simon Fraser University. Frank'srecent positions at ZAP Surgical Systems and Varian involved senior management roles in clinical operations and marketing, respectively. At BrainLAB, they served as an application trainer and was responsible for conducting on-site and classroom trainings on treatment planning software and stereotactic hardware. At BC Cancer Agency, they worked as a junior medical physicist and a research assistant, where they developed film dosimetry protocols and commissioned treatment planning systems.
