Michael Natale CPA, CFP, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. Michael began their career in 1998 as an Accounting Specialist at Unisys. In 2000, they moved to Power-One as a Financial Analyst. In 2002, they were promoted to Senior Accountant at Technicolor and then to Controller at Allied Waste in 2004. In 2011, they were appointed Director of Accounting and Finance at LUTRONIC. In 2012, they assumed the role of Finance Director at Oxford Instruments. In 2016, they became Director of Finance and Accounting at Orbotech. In 2018, they were appointed US Controller at JFrog. In 2019, they took on the role of North America Controller & Assistant Corporate Controller at Molecular Devices. Most recently, in 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Finance at ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc.

Michael Natale CPA, CFP, MBA has an extensive educational background. Michael obtained a BS in Accounting and a BS in Finance from California State University, Northridge between 1997 and 2001. In 2002, they went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in 2005, a Certified Financial Planner from the CFP Board in 2017, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2017.
