Donavon Pullen

Donavon Pullen, PE has a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in site planning, erosion control, stormwater management, and water/wastewater utility engineering design. Donavon has worked on various projects for military installations, bridge construction, and highway design. Donavon earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
