Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Zapata Technology since August 2020, Brian previously held the position of Director of Operations at COMMERCIAL OPENINGS, INC., where operations were directed toward federal and state public sectors. Brian has held notable roles, including Vice President for ISC Consulting Group, overseeing Joint US and Foreign Military C5ISR Services, and Director of Business Development at CGI Federal, focusing on special operations markets. Brian's military background spans 25 years with the United States Department of Defense, achieving expertise in C5ISR operations and leading various operational elements. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Management of Information Systems from the University of San Diego, a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College, and additional studies at Central Michigan University.
