Carlos H. Meneses Valencia

Carlos H. Meneses Valencia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project evaluation, financial analysis, and human resources management. Currently serving as Gerente de Evaluación de Proyectos at Zapata since July 2018, Carlos is responsible for the technical, operational, and financial assessment of new projects within the group. Previous roles include Coordinador de Gestión de Control, where monitoring and reporting on management metrics took precedence, and Ejecutivo Análisis Comercial y Financiero Para la Presidencia Ejecutiva, focusing on business state analysis and planning for new lines of business. Carlos began their career path at Daikin Applied Latin America as a Human Resources Trainee, contributing to various HR projects and policies. In addition to industry roles, Carlos has also been imparting knowledge as a Professor de cátedra at Tecnológico de Monterrey since August 2022.
