Carissa Ray

Carissa Ray is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice Chair of the Women of Zapier Employee Resource Group and Senior Manager of Paid Support at Zapier since April 2022. Prior to this role, Carissa held various management positions at LendingClub from September 2019 to April 2022, focusing on customer experience and leading the Voice of Member program. Carissa also contributed to Vivint Solar as Senior Manager of Process Innovation and Member Strategy from September 2015 to September 2019, among other roles. With earlier experience at TaskEasy, American Express, and 2 Brothers Communications, Carissa built a strong foundation in customer relations and operations management. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Utah.
