Anette Padilla

Anette Padilla has a diverse work experience in the field of community affairs and social impact. Anette is currently the Director of the AEG Community Foundation and Social Impact, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Program Director of Social Impact at the Play Equity Fund from March to April 2022. From 2016 to 2021, Anette worked at AEG as the Community Affairs Program Manager, where they managed and oversaw various philanthropic initiatives in the community. Anette also held the position of Premium Sales Manager at STAPLES Center from March 2016 to November 2017. In addition, Anette has experience as a Marketing Manager at the United States Tennis Association from March 2012 to March 2016, and as an Account Executive for Community Partnerships at Chivas USA from November 2009 to March 2012.

Anette Padilla obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from UC Santa Barbara in 2008. Their field of study included Sociology, Spanish, and Sports Management. In addition, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in February 2021.
