Jelena Todic is currently a Technical Recruiter at Zapier. Jelena has over eight years of experience in the Human Resources field. Jelena has a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment and has developed and deployed proactive sourcing and selection strategies.

Jelena started their career as an HR and Recruitment Administrator Intern at Randstad. After their internship, they became a Human Resources Staffing Assistant at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. In 2014, Jelena joined Economical Insurance as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Jelena worked with hiring leaders and the HR team to deliver full cycle recruitment.

In January 2019, Jelena joined TextNow as a Technical Recruiter. At TextNow, they are responsible for helping people connect with technology for free, or as close to free as possible. Jelena is passionate about inclusion and offering a service for everyone, in an industry that traditionally only caters to the select few who have the means to afford it.
