Nik Hazell

Nik Hazell is an experienced professional currently serving in a dual capacity at Zappi, focusing on Product Led Growth and as Chief of Staff. In the role of Product Led Growth, Nik has been instrumental in developing and launching Zappi's first experimental freemium offering and establishing a product-led channel to support enterprise sales. As Chief of Staff, responsibilities include strategic counsel, fundraising, and project ownership, with recent achievements in equity fundraising, M&A activities, carbon neutrality initiatives, and leading the implementation of OKRs within the organization. Prior to Zappi, Nik worked as a private tutor, vice president of the Oxford University Boat Club, and as a summer intern at Neptune Investment Management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and an MEng in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Oxford.
