Germann Brizuela-Umana

Germann Brizuela-Umana serves as the Head of People Relations at Zappos Family of Companies since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources from various leadership roles. Prior to Zappos, Germann has been the Human Resources Director at Concepts International LLC since October 2018, and previously held positions such as Regional Human Resources Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations and Director of Human Resources at MGM Resorts International. Additionally, Germann has experience as an Employee and Labor Relations Advisor at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and as an HR Employee Engagement Advisor at Caesars Interactive Entertainment Inc., where innovative programs to enhance employee engagement were implemented. Germann's career began in the hospitality industry at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, progressing from Front Desk Training Manager to Hotel Manager. Germann attended Valley High School and is currently pursuing further education at the College of Southern Nevada.
