Mai Amit

Mai Amit serves as Head of Product Strategy and Head of Strategic Design at Zaptec since April 2023. As a member of the Global Shapers Community since October 2020, Mai brings extensive experience from previous roles at Designit, where positions included Lead Business Designer and Senior Design Researcher. Mai has also lectured on Service Design Methodologies at IDC Herzliya from May 2021 to April 2023. Additional experience includes operations at ImpactEd Learning, work in a business incubator at Minerva Project, and roles at Jiminy and Insights.US focusing on child safety and community insights, respectively. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Security Analyst at Cybereason and interning in Government Relations at the Taub Center for Social Policy Studies. Mai holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Minerva University, where graduation took place in 2019 as part of the inaugural class.
