Andy Whitmore

Andy Whitmore has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles and industries. Andy is currently the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Zaptic since May 2023. Prior to this, Andy served as the Chief Product Officer at Arithmix, Inc. from January 2023 to April 2023, and before that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the same company from December 2019 to January 2023. From January 2019 to November 2019, Andy was self-employed at Barleycorn. Andy also served as the Chief Operating Officer at PeoplePerHour.com from April 2017 to July 2018. Andy co-founded Bonobo Social, a social baking enterprise, from November 2016 to April 2017, with a focus on supporting food charities in London. Prior to this, they held senior positions at The Foundry, where they served as the Chief Product Officer responsible for all product-related matters from an unspecified date until November 2016, and as the Head of Engineering from April 2001 to February 2012. Additionally, Andy worked as a Software Engineer at Creature Labs from April 1999 to April 2001 and as a Team Leader at Laser-Scan Limited from April 1995 to April 1999.

Andy Whitmore's education history includes obtaining a BEng degree in Software Engineering from The University of Sheffield, which they pursued from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Hills Road Sixth Form College from 1990 to 1992, studying Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science. Currently, they are enrolled in the MSc Business Psychology program at the University of East London School of Education and Communities, which they started in 2018.
